The staff was helpful. I especially appreciate mert at reception. he was very kind and polite. gervash ensured my room had everything i needed. His attention to detail was fantastic. i found the location perfect for my needs.
the hotel could use a bit more soundproofing, as noise from the hallway sometimes disturbed my sleep.

the standard double room included a comfortable bed. it had a functional layout. the room also had sufficient space for luggage. the climate control worked effectively.

The hotel is directly across from the metro station. This made getting around easy. bus stops are also only a short walk away! this allowed convenient access to various parts of the city.
